MonoSol Welcomes Hobart Middle School Students for Manufacturing Day
MonoSol, a Kuraray Division, welcomed more than 30 students and staff from Hobart Middle School to its state-of-the-art production plant – the DuneLand facility – in Portage, Indiana, on October 3, to celebrate National Manufacturing Day, an initiative organized by the National Association of Manufacturers to connect with future generations of manufacturers and ensure the success of the manufacturing industry. The participating students and teachers are part of the school’s Project Lead the Way (PLTW), a program that introduces students to engineering.
