Marks fourth consecutive year company earns distinction

MonoSol R&D TeamMERRILLVILLE, Ind., February 17, 2020 – In recognition of its ongoing commitment to fostering an innovative and collaborative workplace culture, Kuraray’s MonoSol Division was named a Best and Brightest Company to Work For in the nation for the fourth consecutive year by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR). In 2019, NABR awarded this distinction to only 540 organizations out of over 5,000 nominations from across the country.

The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For award recognizes organizations that represent best practices in human resources and strong commitments to their employees. The winning companies are assessed by an independent research firm based on key measures like compensation, benefits and employee solutions, employee enrichment, engagement, retention and work-life balance.

“Our creative culture celebrates ingenuity and risk-taking, and we’re pleased that our dedication to creating a collaborative workplace has been honored with this esteemed award for the past four years,” said P. Scott Bening, President & CEO, MonoSol. “Our employees take great pride in our strong corporate social responsibility commitment, history of consistent growth, and our dedication to every region we call home. Jennifer Kluge, President and CEO, National Association for Business Resources, said, “To be an industry leader in today’s economic climate, companies can no longer ignore how their employees are the key to their success and long-term stability.
