MonoSol named a Best and Brightest Company to Work For for third straight year

Merrillville-based MonoSol has been named a Best and Brightest Company to Work For by the National Association for Business Resources for the third straight year. The water-dissolvable film maker, a division of Japan-based Kuraray, was one of 512 employers nationwide to earn the distinction out of 2,400 nominations.

MonoSol pack-a-thons benefit local nonprofits

Merrillville-based MonoSol recently partnered with Clean the World to host pack-a-thons at several of its facilities. Employees packed 1,000 hygiene kits that will be donated to local charities during events at Monosol’s corporate headquarters in Merrillville and its water-soluble film manufacturing plants in Portage and LaPorte as well as its facility in the United Kingdom.
