Marc Rands

Marc Rands joined MonoSol as Vice President, Product Supply in October 2026, bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, operations and supply chain management across global industrial organizations. 

Before MonoSol, Marc served as Vice President – Head of Production, Technology, Safety & Environment (PTSE) Americas at LANXESS, providing strategic direction for these functional areas while partnering with the multiple Business Units and Sites. Previously, Marc was Vice President of Global Operations at Materion, overseeing manufacturing operations across the U.S., Asia Pacific and Europe. Earlier roles at Honeywell included Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain for Honeywell UOP and Director of Integrated Supply Chain for Honeywell Specialty Materials.

Throughout Marc’s career, the focus has been on building high-performing teams, strengthening operating systems, improving safety and reliability, and driving operational performance. Marc has led global manufacturing organizations through growth and transformation, including greenfield and brownfield expansions, acquisitions and divestitures, and continuous improvement initiatives. Marc is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

At MonoSol, Marc leads Product Supply, advancing operational excellence, strengthening capabilities and supporting the company’s Next Level 2030 strategy and continued global growth. Outside of work, Marc enjoys traveling throughout the U.S. and Europe, exploring art and history museums, attending theater and live music events, and spending time with family. Marc also has a lifelong interest in engineering and innovation.
