MonoSol offers a wide range of cold and hot water soluble films used for a variety of applications such as packaging, edible, transfer printing, solid surface, composite and more.

We strive to improve and enhance our films capabilities through new formulations and technologies. MonoSol works diligently to improve film performance through increased solubility and improved chemical compatibility to provide our customers with the very best in water soluble films.
 

Environmental benefits from using soluble films can be seen in sectors such as the processing and packaging of consumer chemicals, agrochemicals, textiles and dyestuffs. MonoSol has also developed and added to the range, special films for the textile embroidery industries, Avon Dam film for welding of stainless steel, and self adhesive label stock.

MonoSol uses both solution casting and a unique blown film technology to produce strong, versatile films. The blown film process allows us to produce lay flat tube film for larger bags.

In house conversion produces bags (end weld or side weld) or slit, flat film in widths from 25 to 1,000mm. Film thicknesses range from 20 to 80 microns. Some bags are available in standard sizes. The majority of production is custom made to order.
